This allows to fill all filter parameters. You can add, edit or delete here rules for the traffic counting. At least one rule listed in the filter must exactly correspond an IP packet for match IP packet to the filter. The filter can include up to 50 rules. There are some options in Filter Editor:

• Visible. If this option is enabled then TrafMeter will draw a curve line for the filter on the graph.
• Icon animation in tray. If this option is enabled and if traffic counters of this filter were updated on the current refresh, TrafMeter Icon in the tray will blink during the next refresh period.
• Packet Logging feature allows to record IP packet headers into a file or into a database. It expands a program power: you can get not only the counters for IP traffic accounting, you can record IP packet headers transmitted in your network for future analysis.

Tip: For best performance, place frequently used rules at the top of a list.
